By using the VOW, you confirm that you have a genuine interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate properties of the type offered through the VOW.

You agree not to copy, redistribute, retransmit, or use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except when considering the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property.

Acknowledge the Board/Association ownership of and the validity of the copyright in the MLS® database.

In the event that an agreement is formed between AssignSigma Inc. and a consumer, which entails a financial obligation for the consumer or establishes representation of the consumer by AssignSigma Inc., it must be established as a separate agreement distinct from the Terms of Use. This separate agreement should be clearly labeled as such and cannot be accepted solely by a mouse click.

Recognizes and acknowledges the ownership and validity of TREB’s proprietary rights and copyright in the MLS® database, MLS® data, TREB’s MLS® System, and Listing Information.

Agrees not to engage in any direct or indirect display, posting, dissemination, distribution, publication, broadcasting, transfer, sale, or sublicensing of any Listing Information to any individual or entity. This prohibition explicitly includes activities such as “scraping” (including “screen scraping” and “database scraping”), “data mining,” or any other actions aimed at collecting, storing, reorganizing, summarizing, or manipulating any Listing Information or related data.

TREB, along with other TREB Members or their authorized representatives, may access the VOW to verify compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and to monitor the display of Members’ Listings on the VOW.

Agrees not to copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the VOW Content, except when it is directly related to the VOW Customer’s consideration of buying or selling an individual property.

Recognizes and acknowledges the Association’s ownership of and the validity of the Association’s copyrights in the MLS® System data.

However, despite the aforementioned provisions, the MLS®, Association, and other Members, along with their duly authorized representatives, may access the VOW to ensure compliance with the Regional MLS® Rules and to monitor the display of other Members’ listings on the VOW.
